Hi my name is Jake and i am one of the Debt Advisors here at Thomas Charles.
If you need help the first thing i would do is give free objective advice on all aspects on debt. We would work together to find out which debt solution is best for you, whether it is bankruptcy, IVA, debt management plan, re-mortgaging or even debt consolidation. I will explain all the options to you so you can make an informed and educated choice.
Whatever option you go for, I will be able to provide you with a step by step plan to put it in place. To aid your understanding I can also send you a variety of free information packs, including our highly rated Credit Repair Guide and Debt Help leaflet.
If after this free consultation you wish to proceed with an IVA, I'll spend some time with you on the phone analyzing your financial affairs in more details. Following this i will complete the 10 page IVA documentation on your behalf. This will then be sent to you to sign off and return to us along with relevant paper work that is required for your IVA.
I will then draft the IVA proposal and the next stage is for you to meet the Insolvency Practitioner face to face to discuss your IVA proposal and make sure you are absolutely happy to proceed. At all times i will regularly keep you up to date with how things are progressing.
