She spent 5 years as a restaurant manager, organizing functions and promotions as well as coordinating the day to day running of the restaurant. She dealt with customers and suppliers in a range of situations, ensuring that the restaurant delivered the highest quality of service possible. In addition she worked as a financial controller for 2 years which involved setting budgets, managing payroll and monitoring company spending. Over the years she has developed an approach that is thorough and client centered, resulting in successful relationships with clients and staff alike.
Personal Statement from Rachel:
“It is unfortunately all too easy to fall into debt these days. The most important thing is to seek help and find out the different options you have available to solving the problem. It is my job to ensure that all of the paperwork involved with an IVA application is accurate and up to date. This allows the case to go through more smoothly and increases the chance of the IVA being accepted. Many clients find this organized approach very assuring as they feel that there is light at the end of the tunnel.”

A great big thank you Rachel! Every time I called you went out of your way to be helpful and always answered my questions really well. Through out this process you have felt more like a fiend on the end of the phone than a professional doing her job. The whole process had the stress taken out as much as possible. I cannot thank you enough for the peace of mind and bucket fulls of advice and support you gave. Thankyou again
