I found Rabina to be very understanding of the personal aspects of entering into an IVA, as well as the practical ones. She always returned my calls promptly, and was always ready to listen, and answer any questions I had. I found Rabina to be a very professional person, who seems to understand that as debtors we have no knowledge of the processes involved in entering into an IVA, and as such may require a little patience ans support. It was nice to speak to a nice caring lady who didn't treat us as if we low life and scum and who actually treated us as individuals and understood and difficulties and didn't condescend us. We found Rabina gave us excellent advice and has certainly helped us in being able to move forward and sleep again at night.
