I was initially surprised by your contacting me. It was so prompt considering I had left my details on your web site only a few hours earlier. It was a time of crisis for us, we had a lot of emotional things going on as well and we had finally agreed that we could cope no more, we needed help!
Nobody was punishing us more than ourselves, so we needed help and compassion without it being overbearing or patronising. You arrived and gave us exactly what we needed. Calmness in bundles, so that when I called after another nasty letter or phone call you would talk and listen then advise. When in a situation like this you feel helpless, small people with the whole financial world arraigned against you. We felt protected from the outset

I was extremely impressed with the speed of the response from Thomas Charles and the knowledge of the advisor that I spoke with.
It was unfortunate that Thomas Charles were unable to help me with my particular financial problems, however Meena was very quick to forward my details to another company that she thought would be able to help my with my circumstances.
