I don't really know what to write.
Keith you have been amazing over the last couple of months.
If it wasn't for you I would still be in a complete mess.
I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel.
I don't want to write anything to cheesey because some people will think this could be a fake statement.
I gave you a rating 10 out of 10 for everthing and you deserve it.
When I first started the ball rolling with the IVA I was being lazy and couldn't be bothered with the whole thing.
I didn't reply to your E-mails calls etc but thankfully you didn't give up witch I am very gratefull for.

I really can't thank Keith enough for the work that he did for us. We had been told by another company that we would not be able to get an IVA.I feel that Keith worked extemely hard to get us the results that we needed. He was always on the end of the phone when we needed advice. He was always very approachable and his knowledge was vast. It really was a pleasure to deal with someone so understanding at a time when we felt we were at rock bottom. I would recommend Keith and Thomas Charles to anyone in a similar position.

Keith immediately put me at ease about my situation. He was able to give me all my options as soon as he had all my circumstances. He was very clear, very friendly and easy to talk to. We decided that an IVA was the best option and his proposed figure was not far from what I am having to pay. Keith, you sound like a kind gentleman with a soft voice, kind manner, lots of sympathy considering the debts were so high. You didn't criticise me for getting into this mess (even though it was not spent on myself or luxuries).
You advised when you were away from the office so I wouldn't worry if I didn't get a response to an
e-mail query.
You advised me of all the outgoings that were allowed, many of which I had not considered but they all went towards monies allowed to me.
You suggested brankcruptcy as it would cost me less and be over sooner but accepted when I wanted to pay back the companies as much as I could afford and helped me produce the figures to support my proposal.

The only additional way you could help is to pay the debt for me but other than that - nothing at all!!!!

We won't 'meet' again so many thanks and keep up the good work with other unfortunate 'spenders'.

Once I had made the initial call and spoke to Keith he lifted a great weight off my shoulders, a weight which had been there for some considerable time.
I was in deep financial trouble and Keith showed me the way out. The whole process took 3 months and all the calls and letters have stopped. I know it was my fault in the first place but without Thomas Charles and Keith Waite I dread to think where I would be now.
I would recommend Keith, and have, to anyone in financial trouble.
My IVA has now been approved and my wife and I can get on with living our lives once again.
