A major part of my work life has been dealing with customers in various businesses, assisting them in many areas and solving their problems, this would include having to win the trust and confidence of customers.
In my voluntary work I deal with people of all ages, backgrounds and levels of ability, which has enabled me to carry out my job more effectively.
