I have just received notification that my IVA has just been accepted. Thoughout the whole process Ann Marie has been there to provide valuable support & advice. It hasn't been an easy journey but it is the right choice for me to make.
Ann Maria has always been there for me at the other end of the phone and when she was not initially available always promptly returned my calls. She kept me calm and was a tower of strength. Even though my IVA has been accepted I still have her continued support until it ends.
