His knowledge was top draw, any questions I had were answered thoroughly and he made sure I understood what he was saying rather than spooling out all the technicial jargon! Zeb was always quick to respond to my calls, and if I was slacking a little Zeb was there to guide me back onto the track with my IVA process. Being in debt is scary. One of my friends commited suicide a few years ago because he was in debt. I didn't want to end up the same. After researching IVA's on the internet, I came across the Thomas Charles website. Zeb phoned me within 2 minutes of my initial contact. After my first conversation with Zeb, I started to feel the weight lift off my shoulders. Zeb was clear, positive and always there for me, whether I had a question or just needed some reassurance, he would always put my mind at rest and give me a boost of confidence. I looked for help for my elderly mother who had found herself in financial difficulty. Zeb contacted me and talked me through all the options available for her. Zeb was very kind, helpful and professional at all times. Due to my mothers age there was not much that could be done but Zeb said that other debt management companies may try to offer a solution which may not be in my mothers best intrest.
