Jake was an absolute brick when it came to setting up my IVA. The initial steps I believe can be the most daunting as you have to admit the situation that you are in; thank God for Jake. Whenever I had questions, or whenever situations arose along the course of finalising my IVA, Jake was only too happy to help, answering my questions and spending time explaining things to me. Now my IVA has been accepted, I can now live life; my deepest thanks to you and everyone at Thomas Charles.

Thank you again for getting us started in the best direction, the advice I received from you was a little difficult to hear as none of us want to admit there is a serious finance problem but you were understanding. I always thought that contacting a company like yours would involve dealing with the well you shouldn't have got yourself there attitude. How suprised that I was so wrong. Thank you for that. Overall 10 out of 10 ...but did feel a little in the dark when it was passed onto Grovenor partners (IP) and how long it would take for the IVA meeting to take place. Throughout the process whether it was Thomas Charles or the IP, everyone was very helpful and friendly ...just what you need when you have all the streesful calls from the creditors.

The help we received from Jake was excellant. We had for many years been robbing Peter to pay Paul and knew it would all come crashing down on us sooner or later, and of course it did. Talking to Jake was a load of our minds, he did not judge us as some people might have done.
